How often have you felt that achieving your monthly sales target is a stressful and sometimes impossible task? How many times have you walked into the bosses' office or boardroom for that sales review only to dodge a volley of arrows?

"Focus your attention on the right attitude." Be it the receptionist or the CEO, always remember to commence dialogue with a smile :)
Communication - The manner in which you conduct yourself is vital to the beginining of a successful sale. First impressions can really set the agenda! For example, please don't have that third cigarette just before your 9:00am appointment!
Focus and Discipline - Getting the deal is paramount!! However, please don't forget to focus on your prospect's needs! The right proportion of listening and questioning to determine those needs will pave the way to a successful outcome for both you & the prospect.
